Please read the following important information regarding SomethingWine's various Company Policies/Procedures

Minimum orders: Because of the cost involved in processing an online order, our minimum order is $15.00. Orders will not be processed unless they meet this minimum.

There will be a $5.00 shipping preparation fee for all orders. This fee is applied to your order whether you have one box or 5 boxes. We want to be able to provide you with the highest quality packaging material to ensure your products arrive in premium condition.

Well in short, it would be almost impossible to break through and gain access to the secure and personal information that you share.

Shipping To Address:
Please be advised that UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box #. Therefore, if you have a P.O. Box # you will need to provide an alternative street address. Other special shipping arrangements can be made if requested.

All shipments will be sent by United Parcel Service (UPS) or other shipper at our discretion unless other arrangements are made by phone. • We can only ship orders within the continental 50 states at this time. • All credit card sales will be verified with the card # and card holder's address, if the address entered is different from the card holder's address, the order will be flagged. To ship to an address other than the card holder's address the card holder must type in the request in the section provided under "Special Conditions". This is done to protect the consumer from unauthorized use of credit cards

All Sales Are Final After 10 Days
There will be no refunds or credit back refunds on Perishables

  • Returns are subject to an in-store credit upon our approval.
  • There will be no credit issued for cash back.
  • Returned items are all accessed a 15% restocking fee.
  • All orders processed thru our online shopping cart will additionally have a $10.00 refund transaction fee added above the 15% restocking fee.
  • Items with a perishable base such as Fuit in (Cans) Puree in (Cans) Wine Concentrates, (Juice)Varietal Buckets, Seasonal (Juice) Are not returnable or refundable.
  • No credits or refunds will be issued on Wine Yeasts, Chemicals, or Wine Flavorings.
  • Un opened items may in some cases be returned after our inspection.

We pride ourselves in the extra effort that goes into the packaging of our items for shipment. Therefore, returns for damaged goods should be minimal. In the event an item is damaged though, SomethingWine will gladly assist you with your return.
Please notify us via email with the name of the item, brief description of damage, do you want the item replaced or your money back and if you are still in possession of the original packing container. We will then walk you through the return process and you will be issued a claim return #.

There will be no credit issued for merchandise returned to us with improper packaging or that has been clearly used etc.
Sorry no returns for Software, Books, Special Orders, Used or Opened Merchandise and/or Tools. For UPS Orders Only (SHIPPING DAMAGE:By UPS) - damaged goods! • Please do not continue unpacking boxes) • Save the carton and all the material for packing • Call UPS Customer Service @ 1-800-742-5877

Damage Policy: We are not responsible for loss or damage after the package has left our facility. If your package shows signs of damage, open the box prior to signing the delivery receipt. • Don't refuse delivery; instead indicate loss or damage on the carrier's ticket. • The package will be picked up and returned to us.
